During the release of Happy Aquarium, the feature "sickness" occurs if you did not feed your fish or other animals on random days. A fish/animal will get sick if you haven't fed him/her in random days. To heal the fish, you must purchase medicine with coins. The feature was later removed in late 2010, due to many feedback from Happy Aquarium players.
